We assist individual property owners, families, trustees, fiduciaries, asset managers, family general counsel and attorneys in their dealings with real estate. We take wider view of real estate and assist clients with their full range of needs - real estate sales or lease-outs, or broker price opinions, pro forma scenarios, and providing comprehensive management services.  

Going on more than two decades of experience in commercial and residential real estate, architecture, and property management, Joseph is the President of our real estate firm with an emphasis on sustainable, long-term client consultancy, sales and property management.

Joseph has consistently been a top producing Agent for the past fifteen years, receiving multiple franchise-wide awards, including a coveted franchise-wide award for Best Marketing.  In his private time, Joseph enjoys family time, hiking, fishing, and golfing on the San Francisco Peninsula.

At Realty World Peninsula and Woodlake Anchor (our property management division) we are focused on San Mateo County.  This focus gives you, the client, a better experience and better service. 

Our local book of business includes hundreds of real estate transactions past and present - from single family to multi-unit, to condominiums, to probate & trustee sales, to 1031 tax deferred exchanges (straight and reverse), to commercial real estate, and and to complex estate planning real estate divesting.  In property management, we oversee properties for over 235 local, national, and international landlords.
